Shop Policy

We cater to a mature clientele and have a strict no child policy, therefore all clients must be 16 or older.

We have very quaint quarters, so no extra guests ( this includes kids) NO EXCEPTIONS

💥DEPOSITS ARE NON refundable!!💥 No exceptions.

Same day reschedules are considered no shows and will forfeit your deposit.

Late Fees: if you are more then 15 minutes late you will be charged a late fee of $25.

Clients must reschedule 24 hours in advance, otherwise they are considered a no show which forfeits your deposit. VIP-$50 1x reschedule fee. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of agreement

This pass allows you to book in advance before the book is open to the public. This pass is great for those seeking multiple services

What's required for starter locs

We prefer clients to have a minimum of 4 inches however you can start as short as 1 inch.

Do you maintain microlocs or sisterlocs?

No, we only color them but we do not retighten or retwist them

What's required for loc extensions?

you must have at least 4 inches to start loc extensions.

What’s required for instant locs?

Clients must book a consultation.

requires atleast 4 inches of hair. Install prices varies based on Loc size, loc count and density

What is grid restoration?

This service is an add on to any loc maintenance service per Stylist discretion for clients with excessive new growth. . A new parting grid will be created by the stylist at an additional cost .
