if you are more then 15 minutes late  you will be charged a late fee of $25. Clients  must reschedule 24 hours in advance, otherwise they are considered a no show which forfeits your deposit. VIP-$50 1x reschedule fee.   Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of agreement
